Device replacement
In most cases when there is an problem with the device we are sending a replacement unit. You should contact us by email and describe the problem with the device and we will send you the replacement unit shortly. The original unit should be sent back in the original packaging to the address provided by us.
Refund
Our return policy lasts 14 days from delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should be sent back in the original packaging to an address provided by us.
When we receive your return we will contact you by email and refund the price within next 14 working days.
