Locations

Locations are interpretations of your buildings, floors and rows. By using locations it is easier for the user to find the desired resource.

Log in to client admin

  • Log in to the user area with your client admin credentials here
  • Click on the "Client admin" link in the menu
  • Select "Locations"

Buildings

Add building
  • Click on "Add building"
  • Insert building name
Edit building name
  • Click on "Menu" next to the building name in the list
  • Click on "Edit"
  • Change building name
Remove building
  • Click on "Menu" next to the building name in the list
  • Click on "Remove"

Floors

Add floor
  • Click on the building name in the list
  • Click on "Add floor"
  • Insert floor name
Edit floor name
  • Click on "Menu" next to the floor name in the list
  • Click on "Edit"
  • Change floor name
Remove floor
  • Click on "Menu" next to the floor name in the list
  • Click on "Remove"

Rows

This is used mainly for workspaces (desks) in open space offices
Add row
  • Click on floor name in the list
  • Click on "Add row"
  • Insert row name
Edit row name
  • Click on "Menu" next to the row name in the list
  • Click on "Edit"
  • Change row name
Remove row
  • Click on "Menu" next to the row name in the list
  • Click on "Remove"
