Individual Google Calendar (free Gmail account)
In this section you will find a tutorial on how to connect a Tapirx device to the Google calendar of free email account (Gmail).
Create new calendar
- Sign in to https://calendar.google.com with your Google account credentials
- In the left-hand panel find "Other calendars" and click "+"
- Create new calendar
Allow access to Tapirx device in our client portal
Log in to client admin
- Log in to the user area with your Client admin credentials here
- Click on "Client admin" link in menu
- Select "Allow access to calendars"
- Click "Allow access"
- Sign in with Google account credentials
- Confirm access for Tapirx
How to get a Google calendar email
- Go to https://calendar.google.com
- Find the calendar under My calendars
- Click on three dot icon
- Choose Settings and sharing
- Copy calendar email under Calendar ID
Assign Google calendar email to Tapirx resource
- In Tapirx client admin click on "Resources"
- Choose resource
- Click on "Menu"
- Click on "Connect to calendar"
- Insert Google calendar email
Assign device to resource
- Click on "Client admin" link in menu
- Click on "Device list"
- Select Menu -> Settings -> Resource
